I finally decided to order the insanity workout. I havent started yet, but am very much looking forward to it. I was looking over the nutriton guide, and while they have good suggestions and recipes, meal planning is not my forte. Ive tried many a times and have gotten frustrated and gave up. I wanna better my eating habits epecially while working out to maximize my results, but theres gotta be a better alternativ to meal planning. Any suggestions?
