Least favorite body part!!!

What is your least favorite part on your body and what are you doing to work on it?

I hate, hate the hump at the back of my neck! I am so very self conscious of it. It even determines what shirts I wear, because I have to wear my hair down, flat ironed if the shirt is low in the back. Ugh. I guess I'm just trying to lose weight all around because I don't know how to work on that particular area.

Belly, definititely. Well.. they say abs are made in the kitchen... so mainly diet. However, I am doing some exercises that focus on abs. So... maybe when the fat is gone.. I'll have a six pack underneath =)

Is "back fat" considered a body part?

is it fat back there?  because if it is, once your body fat % decreases and you start to lose inches all around, the fat will start shrinking everywhere including that area.
