Ladies who had high or borderline BP...

If you had high or borderline high BP and you exercised and ate better, and now don't have any issues with your BP.... How long did it take you to get your blood pressure within normal range? How much weight did you have to lose to get there?

Once I started eating better and exercising my high blood pressure went down. As well as my stress levels went down drastically. I've lost around 15 lbs. But I'm still working on it.

How often did you exercise? How long was it before you started seeing it go down?

As soon as I stopped smoking mine went down...a week, more or less
