so far this morning I have walked my 7 yr old to his first day of 2nd grade. I will be lugging the stroller and my 1 yr old down the stairs to pick him up in about 20 minutes. then it will be picking up my house and maybe doing something on the wii..
after a 3-day hiatus from a cold, i'm back!! started with p90x yoga x.

I did 50 situps this morning along with four types of exercises for breasts/upper arms using 5 lb. dumbbells
Will head to the gym after work and before my work out, I do stretches and 10 squats
20 min. on the bike
40 min. on the treadmill
more stretches w/10 squats
Hardcore Abs, a walk, and HIIT 30!

DS and I took a little over a 2 mile walk to the park and back. :-) It was slow going but I think he had fun!
Did 40 minutes on the elliptical, then did circuit training with my trainer for an hour.
