I did an hour of strength training. I hoped to do cardio after, but my body was just so tired from a busy week last week and the block party from yesterday. I'll hit the cardio big time tomorrow.
Insanity day 5 week 1. Holy crap is all i can say bout that lol.
Today I did one hour on the treadmill, a half hour stretch, and 20 minutes on abs. I may do another workout before bed depending on how I feel.
It's my rest day, but we did take a family walk for about 40 minutes. I don't normally count that, because with little ones, it's definitely a leisurely pace ;)
