Ok so I am really bored now and I don't think I can continue like this.. lol. I am afraid to weigh myself b/c I am starting to feel like a YOYO.
Anyone know any secrets secrets or different ways to keep and stay on track. I already do cardio at least 3 days a week, strength training is 2-3 days. so (6 days total) and I feel like a damn yoyo. :( HELP!!
