OK, I'm back on the band wagon! I was doing SO well & then I don't know what happened. I've now put back on the 15 lbs I took off & I'm so bumed. Now that school has started, I've gotten back into that routine I was in before summer and feeling good again. It's still hard, but I'm easing back in.
Anyways, one of the biggest motivators for me is hoping on Pinterest & browsing the health & fitness area every day. I keep seeing pins for bodyrock.tv & checked it out. It looks interesting but it's kind of confusing. Does anyone do their workouts? Do they just post a new video every day for you to do? Am I making it more complicated than it needs to be? lol. I don't have all that equpiment and don't feel like buying it, but I can improvise I think. We belong to the Y, so I have a gym to go to but we live 25 miles from it so I only make it there about 3 times a week usually.
I know what you're talking about, but I'm not sure exactly how it works. I checked out a few of the workouts and they're a little bit (ok, a lot) above my physical ability at the moment =)
