Wow 12 cups of water... I drink a lot of water but never counted how many. I do not think its 12 cups but after seeing this I will be keeping track of it better.. Now off to get water lol
Chart doesn't account for things like living at altutude, how active you are, pregnancy, nursing a baby, etc. :-) In theory, I should drink about 2 liters. In reality, living above 6,000 ft and nursing an under 1 year old, I actually need to drink closer to 4 liters. If you're in a habit of drinking water, you know what your body needs and should stick with that.
