Not losing

What else can I do besides drink more water and eat more protein-rich foods and more veggies?  I have been doing everything right but the scale is not moving. :(

Are you eating enough? I find that if I don't eat enough I either don't lose, or I start gaining. Also, change up your exercise routine.

I am eating enough and I just started a new workout.  LOL.

Could you be building muscle?  Sometimes when you're building muscle and losing fat at the same time, the scale doesn't move much.  Do you take measurements?  That will be a better way to tell than the scale.

Are you sore? Sore muscles can cause weight gain for a few days.

If you just started something new give your body some time to adjust.
