Today is my rest day, but I might do some ab work later. My legs are so sore from the p90x legs/back dvd, I am glad to lay low for a change!

Did not log for yesterday I dont think.. Yesterday did an intense 30 min workout. today I worked out my obliques and it was short but worth it..
