I joined a gym and went 2 days in a row even though i didnt want to. I have a 5k on 9/22 that i am hoping to complete in under 45 minutes. I used to be thin and healthy prior to kids and then with stress, kids, and bc my weight shot up. I am 225 right now and only 5'4. I'm excited to go to the gym today because i just got my polar heart rate monitor in yesterday. Tomorrow i have my first (free) personal training session, i'm scared but i cant wait. Now i need to do some overhaul on my diet.
