Hi my name is bailey. I would like to loss at least 40lbs. as of right now I am 172lbs so my goal would be to drop down to 135-130. I dont have a time limit but I would like to lose it before next year.

Ok sept 4 I got up this morning and did yoga and my exercises I weighed in at 167 so hopefully I keep going down. next is the step thing I have
