I was just wondering if your dh or s/o is supportive with you wanting to become healthier and lose weight or do you think he feels insecure about it?
Hes very supportive...in fact he has been after me since I gained my first 20 or 30 lbs, then unfortunately I let myself go. He bought me lots of home workout equipment, he got me a dietitian and helps me a lot..he is good because since Im with him almost all of the time he stops me from cheating my diet lol. Im very greatful for him.
I get tired of reassuring him. I've never been unfaithful, never anything but loving to him. So instead of placating him, I just pop my hands on my hips and say, "what? I couldn't get another guy before? Was I that hideous?" He wigs out, no no no, nevermind. Hahaha
dh is totally supportive of it. not sure why people would feel insecure about that....

He is both, honestly. He understand my reasons for wanting to lose weight and be healthier, and he also wants to be. However, he hasn't really put forth much effort to getting there. He does sabotage me, occassionally, but I'm not entirely sure he consciously knows he's doing it. We have worked out together in the past, though, and I'm hoping that soon he'll also get the motivation to start as well.
Dh is supportive. He lost weight with me. He is very health conscious as I am these days. Both of us are runners and run races together. He LOVES my new body too! LOL...of course, he finds it hilarious that I have to shop in the juniors department now, but he likes it that I can wear bikinis again and such.
He's been supportive, and pushy! lol My health isn't the best lately and I think he worries too much, but good to know how much I mean to him ;)
Mine is very supportive. He's reaping plenty of benefits himself. He said he's even lost 9 lbs just because I feed him healthier.
