How Much Water Do You Drink?

How much water do you drink a day?

Do you prefer your water to be bottled, filtered or from the tap?

How much water will you drink today?

What other beverages do you drink to stay hydrated?

A healthy womans adequate water intake is at least 2.2 liters per day for normal body function. Drinking eight 8oz glasses of water is roughly 1.9 liters. You will need a higher water intake if you are active.

Why water is important:

  • Water flushes toxins out of our vital organs.
  • Lack of water can lead to dehydration. Dehydration will make you tired, draining your energy levels.
  • Drinking water helps control your between meal cravings
  • Energizes your muscles
  • Keeps your skin hydrated which allows us to maintain a youthful appearance
  • Maintains healthy bowel function

 I drink water by the bottle, but refill it with tap water.  Our tap out here is rather yummy.  I have at least six 16 oz bottles a day.

I usually only drink water. However, TOM was this week and I've been craving soda, so I slacked off on my water intake. I'm going to get back on track though. I want to drink a bottle of water every hour that I'm awake.

I drink water every day, but only about 16 ounces. I really need to drink a lot more. I do try to make up for it by eating fruits and vegetables that have higher water content. I prefer bottled or filtered water. Other than water, I like drinking tea.

I usually drink 6-8 oz a day!

I rink only water sometimes flavored water

I drink at least 60 ounces a day. I have my thermos water bottle with me all the time and everytime I breastfeed my little guy I drink water

I don't know, but it's a lot. I prefer filtered because it's cheaper than bottled water and taste better than tap water.

My goal is 80 oz. of water a day, and I usually hit it.  More if it's hot or I've been working hard.

I drink 2, 32 oz bottles most days. (refilled from the tap). Somedays I get 3 in.

I pretty much only drink water. About once a week I will have a cup of chocolate milk or a root beer.

not a big watrer drinke rbut i try to drink 4 - 8 a day
