Do you use a food journal? How about an online journal? Yes...MFP
How has using a journal helped you in your weight loss journey? It holds me accountable to myself
If you don't use a journal, how do you track the amount of food or calories you consume daily?
Before I got pregnant I was writing everything down and had a big folder of all the food calories and nutritional information.
I have sporadically used MFP to trck my food, but I've had better luck not stressing over the details, and focusing more on keeping things balanced.

I use myfitnesspal, and I love it. When I first started weight loss I was bent on NOT logging food because I felt I'd get too obsessive - but it's actually helped hold me accountable and remind me how my day is going.
For me, keeping a food journal is essential for losing weight. I use sparkpeople to track my food and I love it! I always knows how many calories/fat/protein/carbs I am consuming, I feel more accountable by logging my food and am less likely to cheat and I know when I need to eat more protein or good fats and stuff like that to make sure I have a healthy balanced diet. :D
