Welcome to Day 17 of the October Weight Loss Challenge!

Charting your food intake is a good way to track your weight loss progress.

Do you use a food journal? How about an online journal?

How has using a journal helped you in your weight loss journey?

If you don't use a journal, how do you track the amount of food or calories you consume daily?

ive never charted what ive eaten. Although it would help me see what ive eaten and tell me if i cut out enough food or if i still ate too much. I dont count calories or chart, does it truly help?

I have never kept a true food journal but I do at times write down junk food journal if I find myself eating too much of that stuff.

I use my fitness pal. I love it. I like the fact I can scan with my phone what I am getting ready to eat and log it.

I don't use a journal, but I do use MFP every day.
