It's just lunchtime here... I'm probably going to do eggs somehow. Maybe an omelet.
We went to Olive Garden for my niece's 10th birthday.
I had: 2 bowls of salad with dressing on the side.. I dip my fork in the dressing and sprinkle it across the salad...this way, my salad is only about 75 cals or so..
Venetian Apricot Chicken- 1 grilled chicken breast with steamed asparagus and steamed broccoli with diced tomatoes in a very light apricot sauce..
Delicious and healthy...
I haven't eaten the salad fully dressed or a breadstick in over 3 years!

We had leftovers, so I had some broccoli, chicken, & rice and a little leftover crock pot mac and cheese I made a few days ago.
I love eggs for lunch. :)
