Finally lost some!

I'm so happy I could cry! I'm serious, I have been stuck between 180 and 185 for what seems like forever! I weighed myself this morning when I got out of the shower and I now weigh 176! :) I'm so happy!!

My husband has told me a couple times that he's noticing changes, I figure he was just being nice. I honestly didn't believe him. I quit weighing myself because I would get so discouraged after seeing no results. Its been at least a month since I last weighed myself.

I just wanted to share my joy with you all :)

I hope I don't have like extra skin or something. Do you think I will? The most I've weighed is 185. How can I tighten my stomach, besides sit ups? Also, what about toneing my theighs? I can't stand to look at them lol my theighs and stomach are the worst

don't focus on one body part. you have to work everything to lose over all fat and tone everything. the best thing to do is HIIT instead of just cardio. it's high intensity interval training. look for some great ideas on bodybuilding.com. amazing stuff. and if you are losing at a healthy rate you won't have saggy skin.

Congrats! Weight loss is hard some days, just keep at it like you have been and eventually you will reach your goals :)
