What are your goals this week ladies? Share them with us!
My goal is to stick to my food plan, and get in a run at least 3-4x this week...my runs have been slacking lately as work and life in general has been SO busy!
Great job and good luck mama!

My goal is to stick with my little to no caffiene plan. I was getting so bad with Dr peppers its crazy. But I'm proud to say that in the past 2ish weeks, ive had one glass eating out (no refills, started drinking water) and 6oz yesterday. That's it!
My goals, to be 173 by Friday and to do at least 20 min. a day on the elliptical. We'll see!
I am getting back on track with everything. I am going to go partial Paleo this week and I'm going to run 6 days this week and ditch everything else. I have thought long and hard about this decision. I have suffered many injuries in the past few months ( muscle spasms this past week that prevented me from really doing anything) and I'm going to concentrate only on my runs for a few weeks and then jump back into strength training. I need to get my endurance in running back after so many leg injuries. I'm hoping for 3-5 miles everyday this week. We'll see how my quads and hams do...
Great goals! Actually, I started Paleo yesterday...no bread, pasta, or processed foods for me. I am having a small amount of dairy though. It helps me to stick to veggies, fruits, and meats....I tend to overeat on the bread, pasta, and processed stuff, so I'm staying away from it...for my own mental and physical health! Good luck!

I could ditch the grains, but I do love crackers with hummus...*sigh*...sandwiches are just easy with my afternoon rush.. I will probably just have lettuce wraps all the time now since I keep Bibb lettuce in the house for wraps. I need to make hummus so I have it even though beans are not on a Paleo diet. ( which I find strange) I haven't had yogurt in 2 weeks....oh, the horror! LOL Cheese is *really* is hard as I could eat it on literally everything.. I already went against it this morning since I had an english muffin with sausage and cheese, but it was quick and easy and will fuel me for a run after I take Thing 1 and Thing 2 to school in a few minutes.
I started Power 90 last night, so that's on tap for the week. I need to get better about tracking my calories.... I've been slacking. We're going camping this coming weekend, so I need to make a plan food-wise ahead of time.
