Welcome to Day 10 of the October Weight Loss Challenge!

Do you like to dance?

Do you dance as a form of exercise?

Do you take or have you taken dance classes? Which ones?

What kind of music do you like to dance to?

Will you be 'shaking your groove thing' today?

I do not dance at all. Unless you count dancing around with my kids and being silly.

I loooove to dance! Hubby bought me Zumba for the Wii for my birthday. Tons of fun =)

If you are moving and grooving around the house with your kids, it definitely counts.  :)

The answer to everything above is no.. I don't dance as I have NO rhythm at all. LOL

I really love tp dance. Zumba is awesome! Great workout!

I love dancing!!!! Could do it all the time if I could :-) ... I do Zumba on Monday evenings for an hour and just dance around my house the rest of the time... I love all forms of dance ballet,hip hop,zumba,salsa...

I LOVE to dance! I danced from elementary to high school. I would do it as a form of exercise, if I could find the time to actually take a class.

I like to dance, but my knees and back won't take to aerobics classes like they used to, so I don't use dance as a form of exercise anymore, unless it's water aerobics. I occasionally do the lower impact portions of Richard Simmons' Dancing to the Oldies, but that's about it for me and dance as exercise these days.

When I was younger, I took a lot of dance classes...ballet, jazz, modern, tap...

I do that, and I know it burns calories, but I've never counted it as exercise.

 I have always wanted to take dance lessons but never have...hmmmm...kick boxing and dancing...
