Boxing/Martial Arts (VIDEO)

Do you do any type of boxing or martial arts?

Do you ever use phyical activity to relieve frustration?

If not, how do you wind down after a frustrating day?

How many 'hooks' do you think you can do?


The benefits of boxing like workouts include:

  • Excellent form of cardiovascular excercise
  • Great for strength training
  • Toning and shaping of the muscles
  • Self Defense
  • No equipment to buy
  • Can be done anywhere

Nope, never have. I usually read, watch tv, or go to sleep after a stressful day

No I haven't, but looks like fun.  I usually sit on my bed for a few min to help releive stress.  Not sure how many I can do, but I will try 10 today.

I usually relax with a zumba class. This looks like fun too. I'll have to try it.

I don't do any boxing or martial arts.
But I do relieve stress on the treadmill using hand weights I continue to push myself going faster & faster.
I don't know how many hooks I can do I've never tried but would be interested in learning some boxing.

I've never done boxing or martial arts before, but I think I would totally love to do it.
