I really need to be doing ab exercises. That is a major trouble spot for me. I guess crunches would be enough???

I need to do more abs. I don't like doing them but the results are quick so it's worth it.

Sadly, you can't spot reduce so doing ab work alone won't do anything for you. The belly is made in the kitchen so eating cleanly, cardio, strength training and core work will help...If you are going to do ab work, you need to do more than cruches. They are not a very effective exercise. You should do oblique work, planks, crunches, transverse crunches and there are more moves as well that target your core.

The only ab exercises that I don't hate doing are crunches and sit ups. I need to do more then that though.

I don't do separate ab exercises other than as stabilizers.

Do you incorporate an abdominal workout into your
exercise routine? All I do is Zumba. I guess I could add something on Fridays when I dont have it.

What ab exercises do you do? Dance Aerobics

Ab exercises: do you love them or hate them? Hate! But if it makes my stomach shrink I can do nothing but love :)

How many times a week do you work on abs? None but Im going to add a day.

Is today your abdominals day? Yep this is my new day :)

I don't normally do much for my abs as a stand alone routine. They are always incorperated into my routine in some way though (burpees, actual sit ups, weights, etc). I also "suck it in" a lot which helps work those muscles, a trick I learned in HS.

I used to love ab work, not so much now ;) it was more fun when I was skinny lol
