Sine the challenge started we've tried turning off the tv more to make way for more walks and dancing.

I signed up for boot camp.

It is ok. But at least I'm doing something.

 This whole challenge has been new for me, I haven't done anything about my weight for a few years now. I already exercised today, so I have no plans to do anything 'new'. I may incorporate something new next month, but right now, my focus is on cardio and healthier eating.

During this challenge, have you tried something new? Nope...I already eat cleanly, workout 6 days per week and journal so nothing has been new for me thus far.

I've been walking more than normal, my 5 year old is developmenally delayed and has just learned how to really ride her bike with training wheels so she likes to go outside and ride, in the evenings I'll take her out for about 20-30 mins through our neighborhood and help her steer :-)

I tried the wall pushups and they were awesome :) I haven't tried anything else that I can remember. I will go shopping this afternoon and I'm hoping after wards I won't be too tired to get my butt on the treadmill!!! I might take the kids on a bike ride in a little bit just incase I don't walk tonight.

I have tried a few new foods. Miracle noodles they smell gross but if your doing low carb they are an ok substitute. I love spaghetti squash it has become my go to veggie now.
