This whole challenge has been new for me, I haven't done anything about my weight for a few years now. I already exercised today, so I have no plans to do anything 'new'. I may incorporate something new next month, but right now, my focus is on cardio and healthier eating.
During this challenge, have you tried something new? Nope...I already eat cleanly, workout 6 days per week and journal so nothing has been new for me thus far.

What has been your favorite activity so far?
I have tried a few new foods. Miracle noodles they smell gross but if your doing low carb they are an ok substitute. I love spaghetti squash it has become my go to veggie now.
