I havnt fully tried anything but i did supstute some white for whole wheet noodles they were ok.  and i added in some new veggies. wasnt a fan of the lunges but im gonna keep doing them once aweek.  Not sure im gonna try anything today. I have 4 loads of laundry...which means 4 trips up the stairs on top of all the trips i usually make.  and ontop of that i have to help my grandma joe pack her house up. all while trying to ignore the first trimester fatigue!

Nothing new unless you count trying a new workout plan. Today I will be cleaning... a lot. Not sure about an activity. Maybe yoga later. I'll need to stretch after all the cleaning.

Everything I am doing was all new when I started 6 months ago! Never ate veggies, never exercised, never journaled...

My favorite new change is food! Broccoli steamed with a little cheese is my all time favorite food!

Oh and today I am leaving for vacation. So won't be doing anything special today--just watching portions.

The only thing new I have tried is wall push-ups. I will probably do more today with squats & planks this afternoon.

Everything is new to me. I have NEVER dieted or ate super healthy and Ive never been to a gym or used exercise equipment up until a month ago. I don't know why but my parents and school never touched on those two things for some reason....I found I love hiking, the elliptical machine and veggies!

Well I alpha vent tried anyone of new things. Just tried to be more healthy. I'm trying the journal thing to see of it helps me see what I've eatin so I don't eat more bad foods thn good. I found some inner thigh exercises I want to try today and also need to do Zumba again. .

 Give the house a good cleaning. Wash clothes. Up and down two flights of stairs.

 All of this is new to me pretty much. I never really journaled, never tried to eat very good (just less), never really exercised. So. I like seeing the scale go down!
