 The only new thing I have tried is journaling what I eat, and it hasn't gone very well. I like doing it and think it's a good idea but I don't have the time.

 no I havn't tried anything new, although I have been motivated to 're-try' things. My favorite activity is crazy dancing with the kiddos, and that is what I'll do again today!

I tried a couple new exercises, and favorite would be reminding me of the journal. It helped me a lot in past years and I totally forgot about it!

I have been trying new food n drinking more water ..... Yes I really like doing wall push I been try every other day.... I am going take a walk today n clean a little bit

nothing new,  hopefully today I can ride the exercise bike without my knee bothering me
