Welcome to Day 16 of the October Weight Loss Challenge!

Do you like fruit?

What are your favorite fruits/fruit dishes?

Does your family enjoy fruit?

Will you be eating fruit today?

Do you reach for a piece of fruit when faced with a sweet tooth?


Remember that fruits are an important part of your daily food intake.

The benefits of fruit include:

  • Low in calories and fat
  • Source of simple sugars and fiber
  • Many contain anti-oxidants
  • Packed with vitamins, minerals and nutrients
  • Visually appealing
  • Great tasting
  • Healthy choice when craving something sweet

I love fruit! There are many I don't like, except I can't eat melons (for some reason the hurt my stomach something fierce)!

I love love love fruit. I dont prefer it in dishes as much as i do plain. Yum!

Apples and oranges are my fav! I have at least an apple a day.lol

My children eat fruit everyday they both luv grapes.

When I have a sweet tooth I reach for a banana.

I love fruit! And since that was all I ate with both pregnancies, both my kids love it too lol. I love all berries, melons, apples, oranges, bananas....it's all good. We have apples, strawberries and grapes here, so I'll be having one of them today. I need to learn to go to them with a sweet tooth. Sweets is a weakness of mine.

Love fruit!!! Many kinds of it too!! Unfortunately, its not high on my list when I have a sweet craving (which I have often)... Sugar is very,much like an addiction to me and I tend to crave things like candy and icecream :/

We love fruit in my house. Smoothies are a common breakfast or after school treat . So many combinations to make :)

I also love apples, I usually eat 1 or 2 a day

I don't really like fruit. I like vegetables more. I usually have veggies and humus. If I want something sweet I have a small piece of dark chocolate. I can't trick my body by eating fruit when I really want candy. Lol

I love fruit!!  Our favorite is just a good fruit salad.  My son and myself eat most all the fruit and my husband and daughter only eat apples.
