Today is oct 6th

I weigh 129
Height 5 f
Age 28 til the 19th sigh
My goal is 115 - 110
When march 1 2013
Rough plan:
Eat healthy
Drink half my body weight in oz each day
Exercise
Count calories

Sit ups :30
Crunches:15
Push ups girl:15
And full:8
Planks bent:30 secs
And full: 35 secs
Squats:40

Goals oct 6th to 13th
Lose 1-2 pounds
64 oz of water daily
3x strength training (jillian micheals)
1 x yoga or pilates
3 x walking
Calories 1232 - 1500

Less then one day and ill failed s/o brought homw pizza and candy. Me about to get my period of course I dig right in.
Oh well learning curve. I will get back to balance again. My water was good and I did great on my exercise!

Yesterday
Had pizza and tim hortons muffins :(
But went for a 35 min jog/walk
And then again with a friend for a 45 min walk
My water was good and I did count the calories

Today was our thanksgiving meal so I ate a lot lol.
But I got alL my water inatke in.
Did my WAH. I did 1 mile with weights and NMTZ for 15 mins man I'm out of shape but not giving up :)

So no workout except I went for a shot walk to the store and back 35 mins.
But didn't break a sweat
Today was meh
I did great up until an hour ago I stuffed my face with chips. The worst part I'm still "hungry". Ugh I need to get past this.
Anyway tomorrow is my dds gymnastics day its about an hour walk there and an a hour back so ill enjoy that.
Water for the rest of the night ONLY

I got my period. Ugh it wipes me out.
Yesterday my calories were over 2000.
I do great all day then night rolls around and I just stuff myself.
Why can't I change this cycle.
