30 minute treadmill run. New pregnancy PR-- an improvement of .05 miles over yesterday.
Today was my strength training day at the gym :D
40 minutes this morning- 20 on the treadmill, 20 on the eliptical, plus the 15 min it took to walk my DDs to school and back, then again this afternoon.
