30 minute treadmill run. New pregnancy PR-- an improvement of .05 miles over yesterday.

40 minutes this morning- 20 on the treadmill, 20 on the eliptical, plus the 15 min it took to walk my DDs to school and back, then again this afternoon.
Today I walked 2.25 miles ( 35 mins) with a friend on her lunch break. Then I went to the gym and did 40 minutes of cardio and 20 minutes of weights.
