Losing weight

So far i have lost 10lbs in 2months.
I weigh 170
question are you suppose to eat every 2-3 hrs to lose weight or just count calories?!

Of course i still work out.

I just count calories. Everyone is different , so ever works for you. most days I have two or three snacks in between meals

Ok. Cause i was eating every two three hours. But i am goin to try counting calories.

I count calories and I have snack which equals to 2-3 hourish in between my meals

I count calories. I don't snack very often honestly. If I have a really intense workout, I will grab a snack, but otherwise, I just eat when I need to do so..

You eat when you're hungry or should we eat to keep full?!
this is so confusing
i have my fitness pal app so i can count calories. but i don't work out til night when the kids are asleep

I count calories and I also eat every few hours or so.  I try not to have any huge meals.  Usually B, L, D with 2 lighter meals in between.  I also don't eat anything after 10 pm.

If you are just starting out, it isd best to eat every few hours. You are essentially retraining your metabolism to work properly. Since I hit my goal weight several years ago and just got lazy for a little while, my metabolism is fine, therefore I eat when I am hungry and will eat extra if I workout for a couple of hours or go for a long run. I eat enough healthy fats and oils during my meals that I get plenty of calories throughout the day and usually only eat something small before I go to bed.
