Did 10 min cardio and 10 min arms this morning. 7 min walk at my break.
ETA: Another 7.5 min walk in the afternoon.
5 days in a row for me, I'm proud of myself (even if there's no visible changes yet).
30 minutes on the treadmill, 10 on the eliptical. My arthritis was killing me, so instead of shortening my total workout time, I just switched it up. I'm hoping that by the end of next week, I'll be up to 50 minutes total. I'm burning between 230-260 cals now, which isn't bad just starting out, but I'd like to up that to around 300 by the end of next week.

Walking and ARC trainer
walked this morning for 30 minutes and did my wall push ups 10 of them and did my 17 minute dvd exercise. i admit it wasn't easy
gonna zumba again :)
I ran a 5K on the treadmill and then did 20 mins of ab work. Burned 515 calories.
