Do you eat breakfast on a daily basis?

If not, why not?

What does a typical breakfast for yourself consist of?

A healthy breakfast is the energy fuel you need to start your day. After sleeping all night and going without food, your energy reserves are low and need to be replenished.

By eating breakfast, your blood sugar rises and your metabolism is recharged.

The benefits of a healthy breakfast are:

I eat breakfast every single day! My breakfast is typically cereal and coffee!

Coffee!!!

I usually just have an egg or something small and then some fruit a few hours later. Mornings are hectic.

Not as much as I should. I usually have cereal and fruit with a glass of oj. Somethimes I eat oatmeal. It just depends but most days I don't and I should.

 I eat breakfast every day. It is usually a whole grain waffle and a glass of milk.

I eat ceriiol or oatmeal most days. Once s week we have french toast or pancakes. I dont like most breakfast foods (eggs bacon sausage eews)

While I try to eat a more balanced breakfast, I usually end up eating toast with a cup of tea.

I'm just not a breakfast person - I'm never that hungry in the morning! But I do make sure I eat a little something every day.
