Do you eat breakfast on a daily basis?

If not, why not?

What does a typical breakfast for yourself consist of?

A healthy breakfast is the energy fuel you need to start your day. After sleeping all night and going without food, your energy reserves are low and need to be replenished.

By eating breakfast, your blood sugar rises and your metabolism is recharged.

The benefits of a healthy breakfast are:

  • Provides necessary nutrients to kick start the day

  • Regular breakfast promotes healthier body weight.

  • Daily breakfast regulates appetite, reduces snack cravings

  • Reduces chances of overeating during the day

 It try to eat breakfast everyday.    We always have fruit in the house so some days its just a banana or a fruit smoothie.

Usually not, but ive been trying. I Don't use all my ww points if I don't. Usually its something like like carnation instant breakfast with water, a banana and peanut butter.

If not, why not? n/a-only a few days here and there do I skip and thats usually because I slept in!

What does a typical breakfast for yourself consist of?  Typical is either a cup of cereal and almond milk or oatmeal with a cup of coffee.

Yes. Usuaully I have eggs & toast w/peanut butter or homemade chocolate chip muffins with a banana or another fruit.

Yes! Breakfast foods are my favorite!

I usually eat scrambled egg whites and whole wheat toast. Sometimes cereal instead.
