Welcome to Day 25 of the October Weight Loss Challenge!

Do you eat breakfast on a daily basis?

If not, why not?

What does a typical breakfast for yourself consist of?

A healthy breakfast is the energy fuel you need to start your day. After sleeping all night and going without food, your energy reserves are low and need to be replenished.

By eating breakfast, your blood sugar rises and your metabolism is recharged.

The benefits of a healthy breakfast are:

  • Provides necessary nutrients to kick start the day

  • Regular breakfast promotes healthier body weight.

  • Daily breakfast regulates appetite, reduces snack cravings

  • Reduces chances of overeating during the day

  • Helps in weight maintenance efforts

  • Increases alertness

  • Improves overall health and well-being

 I hate breakfast. I have something wrong with me that when I eat before a certain time, I get very sick to my stomach, but since I'm trying to lose weight, I have been eating eggs in the mornings for breakfast.

Do you eat breakfast on a daily basis?
I try to have an Isagenix shake when I'm at work M-F, but weekends I'm usually not so good about it. 

If not, why not?
I just can't always find time....which sounds silly but I just get into whatever I'm doing, whether it's work or things with my 4 mo. old and time gets away from me. 

What does a typical breakfast for yourself consist of?
I've been doing the Isagenix chocolate shakes in the morning with either 1/2 a banana or peanut butter blended in. Sometimes I have a yogurt too.

 yes I do, and it's usually a cup of coffee, a cereal bar, and a piece of fruit. Sometimes it's a breakfast borretto that SO made for me, or french toast sticks that he made. I'm breastfeeding and she usually cluster feeds in the morning so my breakfast has to be one handed and non messy lol.

most days i have breakfast. it usu varies between grits, oatmeal or breakfast sandwich: toast w egg or ham and smear of jelly. coffee always coffee


I don't know where the sunbeams end and the starlights begin; it's all a mystery.

I eat breakfast some mornings. I usually eat poptarts or cereal.

I have a bowl of cereal and a cup of coffee everyday. I try to buy and eat the healhier versions like Kashi.

5 out of 7 days i eat breakfast, I know that i should eat it 7 days a week but some days I just dont feel like it. 

Typically its either oatmeal or scrambled eggs and chocolate milk.

 I try to eat breakfast everyday but it doesn't always happen. I know it is better for you. I will eat anything for breakfast... salad, leftovers, eggs, cereal. It depends what we have.
