Welcome to Day 26 of the October Weight Loss Challenge!

Do you eat fish/seafood?

If so, how often?

What are your favorite fish/seafood dishes?

The best way to achieve and maintain healthy weight loss is to change your eating habits/diet and to exercise. Try replacing foods that expand your waistline with healthy foods, like fish twice a week.

The benefits of including fish in your diet are:

  • Low in calories
  • Packed with heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids which help to prevent heart disease and cancer
  • Low in saturated fat content
  • Flavorful
  • Fish is plentiful
  • Generally less expensive than beef and chicken
  • Many ways to prepare

I try to eat fish at least twice a week, more if I put it on my lunch salads.

Yes! I love it!
Not often enough as it is hard to get really good fresh seafood unless you are on a coast.
Raw oysters...mmmm

I try to make it once a week. I like crab, shrimp and most fish.

I like some seafood probably eat it once a week. I know I should eat it more.

No, no, no. I got sick from seafood once and now it's on the list of foods I can't even look at without getting sick to my stomach! And yes, that goes for all seafood.

I do. I usually eat some kind of seafood at least once a week.

 No often at all as no one else eats it or likes the smell of it, I do when my bf and I g out.
