Welcome to Day 27 of the October Weight Loss Challenge!

Do you specifically target your thighs when working out?

What exercises do you do to shape and tone your thighs?

If you do not do thigh specific workouts, what do you do to strengthen and tone the thigh muscles?

No. I don't know what moves would work specifically for thighs to begin with.

I don't do thigh specific exercises other than walking.  I have knee problems and am afraid to tax them very much.

Just walking stairs and running. Dontt really target them otherwise.

Don't really focus on my thighs. I take the stairs a lot and so squats and lunges so I would say that works my thighs

Not in particular, but I will do lunges and Pilates to work on stretching out my hamstrings but I do all the movements for lower, upper and core body strength.
