Welcome to Day 30 of the October Weight Loss Challenge!

Do you run for exercise?

Do you enjoy running?

Do you do any type of competitive running?

 

Running is one of the most important and natural exercises a person can do in order to lose weight and/or be fit.

Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned competitive runner, there is a running regimen for you.

I don't like running to much. I prefer dancing.

I don't normally run. I enjoy it as a stress release but not for "fun". I've only ran 1 5k and I'd love to run a marathon someday but I won't be sad if it never happens lol

I wish I lived in a better place to run! I really want to do couch to 5k!

YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 

I've been running for several years now and I love it. Sadly, we don't have a safe place to run here so the majority of my runs are on the treadmill. I go on the road before races, but usually stay indoors.

i recently started C25K...it is such a powerful feeling!


I don't know where the sunbeams end and the starlights begin; it's all a mystery.

I can't run very long or fast but I'm working on it!!
