Hello motivation..where have been?

Two years and a custody battle later I finally have the motivation to get my prebaby body back. I dnt wanna lose a lot of weight, just tone everything up. Got any good ideas? My daughter n I go fot walks twice a day if the weathers nice, im just looking to add on to it.

If you haven't been exercising too much, start with the 30 Day shred.  It's only 20 minutes and its a good workout.
