Weekly Calories?

Do you pay more attention to your weekly deficit than your daily?? I've been thinking about this lately because I am always well under my daily calorie goal and also my weekly. Trying to decide which one matters more if any lol. Make any sense? Idk.

I try and do daily because if I notice I haven't eaten enough I try to make up for it and I wind up in pain! And I find it hard to recover.

I dont count caloires... I try to eat heathier and watch my portions. though. this past few days I have been bad,,,

I care mostly about weekly. I'll be under some days and over others, but I mostly care about my weekly goal :)

And obviously that works for ya because you look fantastic! I was 7500 under my weekly goal last week. Still only lost a lb last week but still happy :D
