I will have oatmeal and some fresh fruit...my new favorite!
You won't like my answer lol. I have an Atkins bar and a string cheese.
Breakfast bake, veggie juice
I had a 100 calorie english muffin with a tbs of peanut butter and a banana...350 cals.
I had kashi cinnamon harvest cereal and a banana
whole grain toast with peanut butter and water.... I usually add a fruit as a snack at some point and often a second piece of toast or oatmeal and fruit.
