I plan on going to the gym for 45 minutes later today
Heath, Lilly and I did a WOD for Cross Fit..
Warmup was light since our 7 year old was doing it with us: 25 jumping jacks, 25 sit ups, plank for 30 seconds, 30 side to sides, and a stretch... then we ran my mom's street 5 times- at the end of each run, we did 10 squats and 10 pushups... the run was almost .75 mile and then we walked another 1/4 mile to cool down after the workout. In 20 minutes, I burned almost 130 calories.
We are going geocaching AND canoeing in an hour for about 4 hours... I may not be able to move tomorrow after canoeing.. LOL... we will be walking around a state park and canoeing on a lake/river to see alligators up close and personal! The girls are STOKED! Karli LOVES gators so the fact that she will see them up close in their natural habitat is amazing. I will be taking pictures and will post a few.

Probably some strength training at home, or a DVD. DS is sick, so probably no run. Usually, he would work out with me, but I doubt he will today.
