... which has also helped me put it off for a long time.

Im worried Ill look grosd naked with saggy droopy skin after all the yucko fat is sweated off.

Anyone else have the same fear?? Or better yet... anyone have a good success story where theyve lost similar weight and not have saggy leftovers??

Im 5'7" & 263 :-\

Well, I was 269, and I'm down to around 160 so far, and I have some, but it's not awful.  I don't imagine I'll be in a super low-cut bikini anytime soon, but I don't have it nearly the way some people do.  Strength training seems to help, too.  I've also lost my weight pretty slowly (I started in Feb 2010), which makes a HUGE difference.

Frankly, I'd rather have the loose skin than the fat filling it.  Don't let that be an excuse, mama.

You need to tone as you lose, that way it's less likely to happen because you're making the muscles and skin more elastic. Go for it mama :)

Here's a post I made when I was about 90 lbs down, with before and after serious weight training.  You can see the difference that it made for me at the time!  I've lot more weight since then.

I don't have any experience with this, but Suzanne has some wonderful advice...big hugs mama and don't give up!

Suz is a great source of information on this one as she has lost the most out of most of us in the group. I don't have it, but I started at 167 lbs as my highest weight.

I have lost 80 pounds and my skin isn't as bad as you would think. It all so doesn't help I'm only 5 foot. strength training has helped a lot. I seems like an excuse not to get the ball rolling

I've lost 90 and my saggy skin isn't noticeable unless I'm naked and bending over and then my belly hangs a bit.  :)  I definitely look better naked now than I did before .... in my opinion anyway lol :D

good luck!
