I made WW french toast.  Not healthy, but delicious, LOL.  At least I'm eating 700 calories for breakfast and not for any other meal? < justifying it

I had kashi cereal then grapes for a snack.  I'm trying to eat light today because we are having our thanksgiving lunch at work  ;)
