These pictures are only a week apart. I think the big difference is in the fact that I was so bloated before.

I'm getting on the scale on Saturday to see the numbers.because as a professional procrastinator, I haven't bought a scale yet for my home, and I work in a hospital & work only on Saturdays because of nursing school, so I will weigh myself then.

Are u only eating those foods? Eating only a certain number of times a day? Exercising? I wish I could lose weight easily

Great work!! Keep it up :) don't bother buying a scale! If your lifting weights and doing stuff like that. Muscles weighs more! I would measure your waist, arms, hips.. It only matters if your loosing inches in those areas!!

I just weighed myself today at work and lost another 2 lbs since Saturday =] 
(one week)
