Hi! My name is Ashley! I'm 21. Dh and I have a daughter who is now 2 1/2. I've been doing a little walking and some Jilians DVD's but have not started really on my weight loss project that I want to as I'm looking into programs and wanted to get to hear what you ladies had to say! :) I am looking at doing a program from Beach Body. Before I had DD I had that flat nice stomach and weighed 125 lbs. My highest before I had our DD was at 196. I had our DD and went down to 160. I'm at 170. I now have a three inch (after Scarlett I had one inch but waited too long and now is three inches) I dont know what to call it - pouch? lol :( I want to get rid of it and tone my body back into shape. I know I should have started way ealier but was scared for the longest time that if I worked out too hard that I would tear my stomach muscles. lol I'm not bad in the legs, butt, arms, etc. It's just this little post baby pouch that I have that I REALLY want to get rid of. I am leaning more towards Insanity and Turbo Fire. My question is which would you start with first? Which is more designed and would target getting rid of this post baby belly that I have?
