well just started this workout eat right bizz lol I been up since 515 not,by choice ate some oatmeal n walked a mile its 36 out so no more walking till its a bit warmer lol. Plan to do some excesice videos in a bit tho.

I plan on stopping by the gym for about 45 minutes on my way to school tonight. :)

I plan on getting some in later at the gym while my daughter's at karate since it's in the same building.

I had planned a trail run (and was really looking forward to it), but I've caught the cold everyone else has, and I was up late studying, so my body is refusing. I need sleep more than I need a run, unfortunately. Normally I would run anyway, but after several days of little sleep, I worry that I will fall on a run, or find some other way to hurt myself. Hopefully tonight or tomorrow I can get in a run.

3.3 mile run. I was going to do a few minutes of HIIT, but the quacamole I ate at lunch gave me horrible heartburn!

3.2 mile run, 10 minutes (1 mile) on the bike, and 30 minutes of strength training...burned over 600 calories!

Ooo, I"m jealous! You did about the same run as I did...but you got to do the rest of your workout too! Dang guac!
