I plan on stopping by the gym for about 45 minutes on my way to school tonight. :)
I plan on getting some in later at the gym while my daughter's at karate since it's in the same building.
3.3 mile run. I was going to do a few minutes of HIIT, but the quacamole I ate at lunch gave me horrible heartburn!
3.2 mile run, 10 minutes (1 mile) on the bike, and 30 minutes of strength training...burned over 600 calories!
Ooo, I"m jealous! You did about the same run as I did...but you got to do the rest of your workout too! Dang guac!
