What program are you following to lose weight?
Just curious to know what everyone here is doing to lose weight?
Counting calories?
Weight Watchers?
Low Carb?
Etc?

counting calories- drinking water ( -about 60 oz a day...should probably drink more -but I pee a lot already! ) and working out (zumba 5-6 hours a week-belly dance about an hour a week- pilates and weights about 2 hours a week)
I just started WW the first week of Nov, I am down 10lbs! :)
I just had my baby 5 weeks ago so nothing yet but I really want to hear what everyone is doing so I can start next week after my 6 week checkup
