#1 - Track my food EVERY day...regardless of what I eat...I NEED to get back in the habit of tracking my food!

#2 - Starting round 2 of Insanity...probably a hybrid verson though as I won't be able to do 6 days/week most likely...we'll see though:)

Monday - Insanity & 3-5 mile run

Tuesday - Insanity & 3-5 mile run

Wednesday - 3-4 mile run

Thursday - 5-6 mile trail run

Friday - Insanity

Saturday - Rest day

start tracking my food again.and I'll feel lucky if i get a single run in this week with finals being next week.since i won't be exercising most likely, I'll be happy to drop a half pound

My goals:
1) STAY WITHIN my BMR!!! Geez woman get with it already!!!

2) Workouts...
Monday- strength and 3 mile run
Tuesday- gonna try to squeeze in a 5 mile run
Wednesday- strength and 3 mile run
Thursday- rest
Friday- either strength and 3 mile run OR maybe a class at the Y
Saturday- Butts and Guts class and maybe a bit of cardio
Sunday- running with my running group...will be going at least 6 miles :)

Monday--finish 50 squats and 85 situps/crunches/planks from a group challenge on MFP. 6500 steps.

Tues--gym 45 mins

Weds--6500 steps/start new MFP challenge

THURS--Gym 45 mins/MFP challenge

Fri--7000 steps/rest

Sat--9000 steps (shopping day)/MFP challenge

Sun--gym 1 hr/housework

Whew.. long week!! This is my second week of working out so im trying to build slowly. I feel really great about the plan and im very motivated by the results ive seen so far... 5lbs down since Nov 18!!

Survive... seriously, there is soo much going on between now and Christmas that I might just drown. LOL 

Today: Gym ( BodyPump class for an hour and I might try to squeeze in a couple of miles as well, but I'm not sure I will have time since I have to go grocery shopping before getting Karli from school at noon)

Tuesday: Gym at least an hour

Wednesday: Gym for at least an hour 

Thursday: Gym for at least an hour

Friday: Gym for at least an hour

Saturday: nothing as I will have the kids and then a race that afternoon

Sunday: Callway Gardens to bike ride, geocache and then see the lights with the family including my BIL-SIL and niece. 

I should have a good deficit this week since I'm taking at least 3 Pump classes and will try to run everyday as well. 

I also need to input my food.. I neglected to do it this weekend for some reason.

Work on my splits.  I have a goal of serious stretching every morning.

Yesterday I spent two hours at the gym.  It felt really good to get back on the treadmill.

Monday: evening karate class

Tuesday: morning light gym workout, karate class and sparring class in the evening

Wednesday: evening team sparring class

Thursday:  morning gym workout and evening karate class

 Im starting over fresh. Ive gained 7 of the 10lbs I lost! :(

Ughhh. Tracking all my food again mfp. My goal this week is to focus on my food and stay in my calorie range. I want to see if my new meal plan works well. Next week Ill start adding the exercise back in and doing it slowly this time so I dont get overwhelmed...  Working on some winter cleaning. Ill feel so much better when my house is organized and spotless.
