20 lbs gone.. but not looking any better..

needs a workout buddy... and a new routine. this isn't working anymore.. starting christmas break i am going to rock it somehow and get a better looking and feeling me!!

Do you have any pics? Sometimes it's hard to see in ourselves over time but pics can tell you the real story!  good luck!!!

Give yourself time.  After 20lbs I didn't see much difference either, I wish I had taken better pictures so I could see for myself.  It really can help.

Take measurements as well as pictures. You WILL see a difference as will others. We are hardest on ourselves. You CAN do this!

I've lost 37 so far and just now noticing a difference...

the smaller you get the more you notice...

Geez I know how you feel!! Just turned 54 and have a disabled daughter 24 but I just can't seem to loose the pounds no matter what I do! Swimming, walking just is not enough but can't afford a gym membership.bad

I had the same issue - I wouldn't say I don't look better, because I can see that I do. My shirts are either loose or waist on pants lose or dresses fitting better; but I would have thought 25 pounds gone would have been like a full dress size or something down; I had to read something yesterday that said regardless of looks, the success is just that. And people have noticed...
