I need to start drinking half my body weight I'm ounces in water a day from what I have been told which is 60-70 ounces. The problem is that I'm not a huge fan of water. I am lucky if I can force myself to drink a bottle a day. Would it be okay/healthy and just as good to drink crystal light with my water to change the favor but still lose weight.
