So this past Friday I weighed myself. I was and still am disgusted. I decided I was gonna get serious and stop messing around. It's only been a few days but I have been tracking my calories on mfp and doing my JM DVDs sometimes twice a day. I am a chronic weight checker....which I am also working on....so I decide even though it hasn't been a week yet to jump on and see if I've made any progress. Omg! I am down 5lbs!!!
I'm not starving myself or doing anything extreme...just trying to keep myself under control...within my calorie range, drink more water and make an effort to do some sort of exercise. It feels great. It's only the beginning.
I have 60 more pounds to go which I am hoping to lose by may 2013.
Thanks for all of your stories and experiences! You all have given me what I needed to get my butt in gear. Hope you all have an awesome day!
